Cancellation Policy

Timed tickets

• Tickets must be purchased in advance and based on availability, can be purchased up to the scheduled time.
• Tickets will not be available on site for walk-ins. All tickets must be purchased online and in advance.
• There are no refunds once the tickets are purchased.
• You will be able to reschedule your time slot to another available time slot if completed prior to 48 hours of your scheduled time. No changes can be made within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

Scheduled time

• Check-in is required 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be admitted as groups are scheduled for every 10 minutes. Each ticket is for a specific date and time; therefore, if that time slot is purchased and not used it cannot be refunded. A new ticket for a new, available time slot must be purchased.
• Joining your group after they have begun their experience will not be permitted.

Terms and Conditions

• This reservation is a revocable license, and it is unlawful to reproduce this reservation in any form. Reservations or tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void. The holder agrees by use of this reservation not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event for which this reservation is issued. One reservation equals one admission. In conformance with local requirements and rules certain items may not be brought into the event premises, including, but not limited to, firearms or other weapons, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances and recording devices. Cameras and use of mobile phones is prohibited.
• Xscream Scapes and Smithworks Creative Arts reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other rules that are posted at the event site. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license.
• This reservation cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued, at the time and place of issue. This reservation is not redeemable for cash.
• All who attend release Xscream Scapes, Smithworks Creative Arts, and all their agents from any liability or claim that may result from any activity associated with the event. All who attend agree that their image (likeness, voice, or other) may be used by Xscream Scapes, Smithworks Creative Arts, and/or their agents for any advertising/marketing purpose without further notice or compensation.
• Other rules may be posted at the event site.

Early Cutoff

• Available time slots can be purchased up to the time of the experience.
